Battlefield 1 PC System Requirements, Recommended Specs Announced

Going back to World War I calls for at least an HD 7850 or GTX 660.

The final system specs for Battlefield 1 have been announced, providing us with confirmation of exactly what kind of hardware you'll need to play the game on PC.

Whether you're looking at the minimum or recommended specs, you'll need a 64-bit version of Windows installed and at least 50 GB of free space available. From there, things diverge pretty significantly: the game requires an i5-6600K or FX-6350 along with 8 GB of RAM and a 2 GB HD 7850 or GTX 660.

How to keep playing PC games in the post-apocalypse

Bulletproof PC cases, alternative power sources, and other tips for gaming after the end of the world.

There’s certainly no shortage of games that take place during the post-apocalypse, but what if I want to play those games during an actual post-apocalypse? I’m no doomsday prepper, but on the off chance the world does come tumbling down, it would be nice to be able to play Dying Light between bouts of actually fighting off zombies, or play Fallout 4 in the ruins of a real nuclear war.

Valve issues cease and desist orders to more than 20 CS:GO gambling sites

“If you fail to do this within ten days Valve will pursue all available remedies including without limitation terminating your accounts.”

The CS:GO skin gambling saga continues. After declaring it would start taking action against a list of alleged guilty parties last week, Valve has now cemented its intentions by issuing cease and desist orders to over 20 different gambling sites (including one Dota2 site) for using their Steam accounts for commercial purposes. Teamspeak funding

Just thought this needed a mention, We have a lot of teamspeak users now both members and non members.
Since the last renewal i have made sure that everyone who logs on to teamspeak receives a message about helping out with server cost.
So far the actual amount of people who have taken this message into account and helped towards the cost is exactly 0.
1 person donates on a regular monthly basis which started before the messages.
It should not be down to 1 person to fill the kitty.
If things dont change soon then a new password will be added and not given out.

Again I always ask this. How much have we got? how much do we need?

If it's like 30 quid a year I'll just send it. People cant be arsed sending money all the time. It's tedious. Constantly begging for money is annoying. Stick a post up saying how much we need each year. Get people to donate. Then start again a year later.

I've just sent in £15 by paypal.

Don't think we need a compulsory subscription, I'm sure most people don't mind putting some in, it's maybe just the being arsed and remembering to do it part is that stops them......its my problem anyway :)

If there is anyone that uses TS often has never put anything in or has not for a long time then it would be nice if they could help out a bit with the costs. Roo and apac spent a lot on the website costs so people other than them :)
