I like the look of the game (but not the moronic + confusing pricing structure in place) but I really can't see myself downloading 100gig.
Buying it retail would be 10+ dual-layer DVD's or 2/3+ blurays (not that I know anyone with a PC with a bluray installed.
I guess the devs could sell it on USB flash drives/memory sticks, but that increase costs further unless they get some sort of sponsorship/branding deal with the likes of Corsair, Sandisk, Kingston etc.

100GB is not too bad, though I feel sorry for people with shit internets.

Game is gonna be online anyway so they will just sell DVD with launcher on that downloads game with a notice saying "*this game requires an internet connection" on the box

Pretty stupid tbh,they dont even care about people without Google fiber or something,all these new games like GTA 5,Star Citizen,Elite Dangerous are all over 60gb

That's technology for you Balazs12, the days of games being on 1 CD and using 500meg of space are long gone.

Some games might come loaded on a USB v3 flash drive (if they don't cut too much into game profits) but for now we either:
Install off multiple DVDs like GTA 5 and its 7 DVDs.
Install a bluray drive.
Download the game and hope Internet Services Providers improve their current capabilities.

Oh and, Elite: Dangerous is currently between 2 and 7 gig. Depending on who you believe:
The Elite: Dangerous forums, or the Steam Store page.

I know Im just sayin' Personally I dont mind downloading 60 gb since internet is pretty cheap and there is no limitation so,Im thinking about guys with older PC's and stuff

Oh and sorry I thought Elite : Dangerous is like 60 gb or something
