I just got proof that TiW guy/s are using Tws guns, to my understanding this is not allowed.

this is one of the Tiw guys i killed backpack, sadly i did not get the name in the screenshot (since i got shot secounds after taking this one. but i guess you can check logs, it happend about 20:50 my time, i think thats 19:50 uk time, about 20 min before restart.

Not a big fan of the tws guns myself as they offer the same advantage that the lav's etc were offering which is one of the reasons they were removed.

Problem we have is, they are so readily available on server, missions still provide them, and the alpha zone provides them also. I was just up at the alpha zone the other day myself and found in a crate an as50 tws.

There is the occasional mixed message sent out about the guns also, even though the admins clearly voice that they do not like them.

Only way to fix this is for them to be removed from the loot lists altogether or you're just going to end up with the age old argument...well why make them available if you don't allow them.

As far as i was aware Bio was removing them from the loot boxes, not sure why its taking so long but i know he hasnt been very active recently.

I'll check the boxes now before the restart.

Found and removed BAF_AS50_TWS in Zone Alpha loot but that's about it. If you spot any more, let us know.

A player named Dodgy had an m8_tws_sd so I removed it to keep things fair and replaced it with a M4A1_AIM_SD_camo.

The M8 Tws guns spawns or atleast used to spawn at alpha zone, in the box at the back of one of c130's

haven't looted alpha for ages so dont know what spawns there anymore.

i would like you to check the safes at TiW's base for Tws guns.

If alpha site is referring to the Secret Airfield then i haven't seen any TWS guns there lately is a looted that place after restart at around 8pm last night.... The most i found was some overpoch guns and rocket launchers... I will be on today to see if any further issues a rise on the server on this current topic.

I deleted them from the loot files and there doesn't appear to be any in players lockboxes to safes (after I deleted 6/7 this morning). I'll keep an eye on it though.

i'll report if i see anyone using them or if they are still spawning

Last time i went to alpha tws guns were still apearing in the create at back of c130 this was couple days ago not been up since

Hmmm, I don't see any in our files but I'll add them to the blacklist on our Admin Tools when the server goes back up.
