1: It's not a mistake. If we start questioning every ban the anti-hack issues it quickly becomes a waste of time and money implementing it. It's there for a reason and if we didn't have it the server would be full of cheats and unplayable. (It's happened before.)
2: Flexz has been flagged by the anti-hack multiple times. Every time we give him the benefit of the doubt something else crops up a few days later. We check the logs on a daily basis and it's easy to identify if the anti-hack has gotten something wrong. We also check multiple forums (OpenDayZ, Epoch, CCG etc) for common anti-hack problems and reports.
3: If you Google his UID (Steam ID) you get this (FROM HIS OWN STEAM PROFILE):

We don't ban lightly, as we want to keep the server population up, but he's (repeatedly) pushed both Admins and players to their limits.
