We are currently working to mitigate a network issues at our Frankfurt datacenter causing all services on it to have large amounts of Lag and Loss.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will have everything back in order as quickly as possible. We will update this post with further information as soon as it becomes available.

Update: This is now effecting machines in London and Amsterdam as well, we are working to correct this as soon as we can.

Update: Our Toronto comms (torcomms01) machine is also being affected by this, we are also working to mitigate these issues asap.

Update: We are taking multiple comms machines offline to address these issues, the list of effect machines are below: loncomms01 amscomms03 loncomms02 loncomms06, loncomms05, fracomms01, amscomms01, loncomms08 and fracomms02.
